Role description:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join a highly technical team working on complex network and cloud-based systems. This is a purely technical individual contributor role, focused on automation, architecture guidance, and technical decision-making.

The role does not include people or client management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using Python
• Provide technical direction and contribute to system architecture
• Work with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba)
• Support and optimize virtualized environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical design and implementation
• Participate in live technical problem-solving and architecture discussions
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Python automation
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba)
• Experience working with virtual machines (VMs)
• Solid networking knowledge
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in complex technical environments
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with network security environments
• Exposure to large-scale distributed systems
• Experience working in enterprise or telecom environments
