PROCESS DURATION
We know speed is of the essence these days. That is why we advocate for open communication and transparency. Updates, advice and concerns are addressed in a timely manner and you can have an offer in 1 to 30 days from the initial interview. If it takes longer you will know from the start.
WHAT ABOUT THE MEETINGS?
All interviews have moved to online platforms. Invites are sent directly to your calendar and a friendly reminder pops up before the meeting starts. ‘Cultural’ discussions are now in trend, so you have the opportunity to get to know the employer before diving into more technical issues. We recommend video interaction during all steps of the process.
IS SALARY STILL A TABOO?
In most cases, no. But having a range upfront does not guarantee an offer on the highest limit. It all depends on your skills and social interaction.
HOW TO TAKE THE RIGHT DECISION?
Changing jobs can be stressful. If you engage in several recruitment processes, the final decision may be difficult to make.
