As a Graphic Designer, you will define the visual language of the products. You will own the creative process and support the marketing team in the creation of all kinds of world-class marketing assets for promotions on social, web, print & more.
In addition to the Head of Marketing, you will work with a cross-functional team that includes Sales, Tech, and C-level.
Creativity, strong visual sense, and a great sense of aesthetics are a must for the role. Also ensuring that all deliverables maintain a look and feel that is consistent with our brand.
Tasks:
- Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. - Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes sales, tech, and upper management in order to create compelling designs. - Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field. - Manage design projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards. - Create short copy or content when required, ensuring it complements and aligns with the visual design. - Edit videos as needed to support marketing, social media, or internal communication initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio that showcases: - Content Marketing: Infographics, whitepapers, reports, etc. - Sales enablement: Presentations, one-pagers, email signatures, etc. - Social media: Create templates, ads, landing pages. - Email Marketing Campaign templates (Customer.io) - A high level of proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc - Excellent communication skills: you can easily convey your rationale and thought process to any audience. - Organization: you are highly organized and can help us build a design system and living brand. - Cooperation: The ability to receive, interpret, and challenge feedback from project stakeholders into your design work. - Initiative: you work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS products. - Basic knowledge of the food and feed markets. - Understanding of commodities such as amino acids and vitamins would be welcome. - Experience drafting content.
