Role description:
We are looking for experienced RPA Developers to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions for complex, high-visibility projects.
In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimize automation workflows using UiPath, working closely with stakeholders to transform business processes into scalable, intelligent solutions.
What you'll be doing:

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automations

Develop, test, and optimize workflows across the full SDLC

Integrate automation solutions with Python, APIs, and cloud environments

Implement advanced capabilities such as:

Intelligent Document Processing

AI/LLM-driven components
-
Agentic AI workflows
-
Build scalable, containerized solutions using Docker & Kubernetes

Analyze and improve business processes for efficiency and ROI

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams

Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation performance
Profile:
- Strong experience with UiPath (development, Orchestrator, deployment)
- 2+ years experience in automation or software development

Solid understanding of the full SDLC

Hands-on experience with Python for automation integration

Experience with cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and document processing

Good understanding of SQL, scripting, and system integration

Strong communication skills in Romanian & English
Nice to have:
