Job Location: 100% remote 

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Functional Consultant – Support to provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, resolving incidents, and working closely with technical and business teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, issues, and support requests (L1/L2/L3 depending on scope)

• Configure and customize Business Central modules according to business requirements

• Perform root cause analysis and propose effective solutions

• Collaborate with developers on extensions and customizations (AL language)

• Test implemented solutions and validate them with end users

• Deliver post-implementation support and user training

• Create and maintain documentation for solutions, procedures, and changes

• Support integrations with other systems (Power Platform, APIs, third-party applications)

• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and internal standards

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV

• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing – depending on projects)

• Experience in ERP application support (functional and/or technical)

• Basic to advanced knowledge of AL language, extensions, and customizations

• Experience with debugging, testing, and issue analysis

• Understanding of integrations and data flows

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

• English – intermediate to advanced level

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications

• Experience with both Cloud (SaaS) and On-Premise environments

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps

• SQL knowledge

• Experience in international projects
