Job Location: hybrid in Timisoara, 1 day/week in Caransebes office

Role description:

Designs and oversees the implementation of scalable and automated IT infrastructure and delivery pipelines to align with business goals. Key responsibilities include creating automated build, test, and deployment pipelines, selecting and integrating tools, defining cloud and security patterns, and leading collaboration between development and operations teams. They act as a technical leader, ensuring solutions are efficient, secure, and meet strategic objectives. 

Key Responsabilities: 

Design and engineer end-to-end technical solutions for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructure, encompassing software architecture, networking, security, and data platforms. This includes creating architectural blueprints and defining best practices.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms to build solutions and define the overall technology strategy. 

Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and strategic goals.

 Act as a technical lead and guide for engineering teams, facilitating collaboration and communicating the vision to stakeholders.
Identify project constraints and technical risks, devising alternatives to mitigate them.
Ensure all solutions adhere to security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).

Profile : 

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable discipline
Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to see the big picture, analyse business needs, and align digital innovation efforts with overall company goals.
Broad technical knowledge (cloud platforms, software design and architecture, databases,systems integration, DevOps)
Project management skills
Proficient at writing architectural documents, diagrams, and solution blueprints.
